Will my american voltage hair straightener work in a 110v shaver plug?

I live in a 220v 50 hertz country, but my hair straightener is american voltage i.e 110v 60 hertz. I recently found a shavers only plug in my downstairs bathroom that says ';shavers only 110v';. will my hair straightener work on this plug or do i still need to convert the hertz? Will my american voltage hair straightener work in a 110v shaver plug?
Hz has nothing to do with this, you should know how many watts the Shaver's Plug can serve, and match it with the watts on your Hair Straightener, if the plug's watts are greater than the Hair Straightener watts, it means that it will work, but if it is less, it means that it won't work.

You can buy something called Converter, which converts from 220 to 110, regardless of the Hz, and make sure it is rich in Watts, the more watts the converter is, the best can stay long and run smooth. Will my american voltage hair straightener work in a 110v shaver plug?
The outlet probably won't support the straightener. Most of these 110 volt outlets for shavers don't have the current capacity for a large load. The power demand of a hair straightener varies greatly. I saw anywhere from 25 watts to 200 watts in a brief web search. An electric shaver takes very little electricity. I didn't see any current draw for shavers when checking on line but I doubt if they're over 10 watts. You don't need to worry about the Hz. Converters don't change this anyway.

It's unlikely that you can use it without converting the 220V to 110V. I have been on several tours where women have tried the Shavers Only plug, only to find that they blew the circuit. They ended up paying the hotel about as much as a new hair tool would be to repair it.
