Does a wet to dry hair straightener also work on just dry hair?

Or does your hair have to be damp for you to be able to use it?Does a wet to dry hair straightener also work on just dry hair?
they work on both. but i wouldn't recommend always using it while your hair is wet. its really bad for your hair, and causes a lot of steam. sometimes it can smell bad too. i would just blowdry your hair and straighten your hair if you have time. but if you're in a rush then use it when its just slightly wet not right out of the shower.Does a wet to dry hair straightener also work on just dry hair?
they work on dry..actually they work better on dry...cause when i used it on wet hair my hair frizzes out..also its healthier to straighten your hair when dry.
