What type of hair straightener should i get?

i have a wet to straight one and it sucks. it takes me like 30 minutes just to straighten mine its so thick and curly!!! what type would work best for me and last a long time? What type of hair straightener should i get?
I am in love with the CHI! Every hair stylist I have ever had has told me I have some of the thickest hair they have ever seen, it is also kind of curly. I like my hair REALLY straight, and the CHI does it for me. I have used my CHI almost everyday for 2 years, and it is still in great condition. The only thing (which you probably already know) is that it is a definite must to use product on your hair to help keep it form getting damaged. As long as you do that, the CHI won't kill your hair either. I definitely recommend getting one!

Good luck in deciding! :)What type of hair straightener should i get?
CHI straighteners really are the best out there, but they can be very overpriced.

I have coarse curly hair, that sounds similar to yours.

I got my straightner at target for 20 dollars, it's a revlon,

and it works great!

The one thing you must know about when shopping for a straightner, is that it NEEDS to have ceramic plates. If it doesn't, it will most likely

fry your hair and won't add shine.

:D
ONE WORD- CHI

They work like....i ran out of adjectives to describe them!!

these are results of CHI

they work like a charm!
I would have to say a Chi. My friend has one of those and her hair stays straight for the whole day. Unlike my straightener (THAT ISNT A CHI) my hair only stays straight for like an hour... Even though Chi's are expensive they work really goood %26amp;%26amp; are amazing!
If you can afford it get a Chi. They are the best out there. If not, try and find a ceramic one. They are not as bad for your hair. You can probably find one at Target.
I like curly better, but I recommend Cortex. Chi changed manufacturers and it breaks and stops working very quickly now.
Is it curly sexy? Is it a hassle?? Try it natural, see how i works. Get a good cut first. I'll bet it will look fabulous!!
*bed head is the best
i have wavy hair and the ceramic tools from jilbere de paris works really great
CHI sooooo good
