Send it back and then challenge the charge with your credit card company. If you were so foolish not to use a credit card, write Judge Judy to sue them on her show. I bet it was from that indian or muslim people wasn't it? I bought a belt buckle from those people and the man said if it broke within a month I could return it or exchange it. And yes, he wrote it on my reciept too. Well what do you know, this piece that was sticking out from the buckle fell off the second day I wore the cheep piece of crap. I took it back, with my reciept might I add, and he said ';no return.'; I flipped out and started cursing and mall security came over to see what was wrong and I told them and they made him refund me.
Go talk to their manager and tell him that you are very disappointed and if he doesn't give you a refund you will talk to his manager. Try writing a letter to him first.
i'm not sure i tried it at the mall to today i really would like to know what you don't like about it because i am about to buy it
