What kind of hair straightener do you think is the best?

Im looking for a new straightener, but a really good one that doesnt kill my hair-like the one i have now does. What kind would you suggest, where would you find it, and how much would it cost? Thanks a bunch! What kind of hair straightener do you think is the best?
CHI, keeps my hair straight all day long

i'd say around 100$ plus.

to not kill your hair, try some protecting hair products stuff. What kind of hair straightener do you think is the best?
CHI!! It's a ceramic kind of iron. All irons will damage you hair if you use them daily but ceramic irons tend to reduce the damage. You should always apply a serum to your before you straighten it if you don't already. I use the CHI serum or biosilk. They work soooo well. I also buy all my hair products and straighteners on eBay. they sell them a lot cheaper than on stores. You can trust eBay. Just check the sellers reviews. Good luck!!
go to a place that sells things for hair dressers,

becuase at least at those places you have a one year warnenty, they are higher quailty for the amount of money as a cheap one, and if you wait a little bit one will come on sale for a great price.

My sister bought her's at a hair dressers market, and she's had hers for over 5 years, and it hasnt lost any heat or nothing and she uses it everyday on thick curly hair:)
Try the Corioliss. I bought mine at the mall for about $100, but it was definitely worth it. It uses ceramic plates, so even though it is super hot, it is less damaging because you don';t have to go over it a million times. It locks in the straightness all day and makes hair amazingly shiny.
I have done a lot of research and the most popular I have heard about is Chi or GHD. Both on the pricey side. What ever you do make sure you buy a ceramic one.
I just got a new hair straigtener from ebay for 12.99. The brand is Mega Hot, it's one of those ceramic straighteners and it works really good! Even on my curly/wavy hair :)
deff. chi.or cloriss. or however you spell it.
