I am getting a chin length bob and I want a hair straightener that will also flip the ends. I have thick wavy hair. I know the Chi is popular, but I've also heard bad things about it. What is the best appliance for what I want to do? I am willing to pay up to $200 for the right piece of equipment. What is the best hair straightener/curler out there?
CHI irons are great. The bad reviews that you heard were probably from people who bought fake ones. A fake chi will not work any better than a cheap iron from walmart. GHD irons work better when curling hair and even come with an instructional video that shows you how to do it.What is the best hair straightener/curler out there?
Most people will say the CHI and fact of the matter it is the best but the only disadvantage would be that it does not have a temperature dial to adjust the temperature. therefore i would suggest this flat iron made by Biosilk. It is just like the CHI and is made by the same company, but it has a temperature dial.
Also there is one that is made by CHI that has a temperature dial. check out the link below:

i think the best ones are corioliss. i got mine for 拢70 which were reduced from 拢120. they straighten my mums afro type hair without it frizzing and there plates move side ways in order to curl even my thick hair and keep it in for hours. they also have some type of silver in it which gets rid of any bacteria in your hair. I think they are great for what you want to do with your hair.
go to corioliss
I know a lot of people are raving about Hot Tools. I personally have the Braun portable curler with the steamer in medium because I could curl my hair anywhere.
conair also works well
i have to say conair
