What is the best hair straightener out there?

I have thick hair, if that matters at all.

Which hair straightener do you like the best, why? Where can I buy it?What is the best hair straightener out there?
i have curly thin hair, but my friend has really thick curly hair

we both used sedu hair straightener and it is AMAZING!

definitely the best out there for like $120

you can get it at amazon.comWhat is the best hair straightener out there?
It is called straight 4 u. IT IS AMAZING! I dont know where you live but I bought it at a stand in the Staten Island, NY mall.I am positive there are other sources to buy it on (search on google if your interested). It is expensive (between 100-200) dollars but its incredible. It can straighten any mess of a hair fast! My mom and I both share one and we use it everyday. It can even curl your hair. I love it. My hair is usually very puffy and curly and out of control! But thanks to this straightener, I have nice straight hair everyday, I literally never knew hair straightening could be so easy.

EDIT- Sorry the name of it is HERSTYLE. I was thinking of the name of the stand of bought it from. It costs 120 without the cost of hair serum. Heres the website:

I personally think the revlon wet 2 straight straightner is the best. It comes in 2 sizes, 1inch paddle or 2 inch paddle. I chose the 2 in cause i have very thick wavy hair. You can buy them at most any stores like Walgreens, Rite Aide, Cvs, Kmart, Meijer, Walmart, Target. I have seen them for around 30.00 maybe less maybe a little more. But it is a investment well worth it. Hope this has been some sort of help.
i have thick, super curly hair... that i hate.

i straighten my hair everyday with a Chi straightener, and i love it.

you can find them in tons of salons. mine was on sale when i got it for $100.

even though the larger ones look easier, id suggest a thin once because you can get into smaller areas like around your hair line.

there are also products by Chi that i get from the drugstore that are designed to work with flat irons that i find amazing.

hope i helped!
Ok, I was actually browsing ebay about a ayear ago. And they were selling SHI flatirons for $12.99 and I ended up buying one that was a cool neon green color. It was the best! I still have it and my friend who bought a CHI has replaced her 2 times! It is probably a knock off but OMG! It is awsome and my hair is super straight after I use it! Even w/no products...
I use a Farouk Chi Ceramic Flat Iron, a lot of professional salons use them so they work very well. They're around $80. If you want the absolute best at the moment you can Google best straighteners and they usually give a listing of the top ten and their prices :)
My preference is the Chi Flat Iron it heats up to 400 degrees in 30 sec, cools off in 3 min. and is fully ceramic not just plated.

This Iron can be bought from most hair salons, or if you have a Pure Beauty near you they will for sure have it.
i have thick hair and i use ghd's. i absoulutly love them :D they keep your hair straight all day and only have to use them once a day :)

but i hear that coroliss ones are also good.

the dear ones are the best, but its totally worth it.
The ones in the salon are probably the best. They are expensive though. I bought a Conair straightener from CVS that works really good. I have thick wavy hair and it works for me. I think it was about $20.
I like GHD's, you can buy it of there website or at some hair dressers.
Try Ebay or Amazon to get a top quality straightener for less.

Good luck!
avon.
