Can I bring a hair straightener and a hair dryer on the plane?

I'll be flying to Florida in June and would like to just bring carry-on luggage instead of checking bags. Do they allow items such as hair straighteners and hair dryers to be in your carry-on luggage? I checked the TSA website and didn't see anything saying I couldn't bring them. Yes, I took a straightener to China and to Germany with no problems. Check with your hotel in Florida too, they might have hair dryers there so you can save room in your luggage.Can I bring a hair straightener and a hair dryer on the plane?
Yes, both. Just so you know the liquids, including, gel, makeup, lotion, perfume, toothpaste, etc should be on a 3onz on container or less, and it should fit a 1/4 clear plastic zip lock bag.


So you know and not end up checking in everything just because you didn't know.
