How can i get my extremely frizzy hair to be more straight without using hair straighteners much and products?

i've got really frizzed hair and i dont lyk to use hair straighteners or proiducts in my hair too often. does anyone have other ideas for me or should i just use the straightener and hair products? How can i get my extremely frizzy hair to be more straight without using hair straighteners much and products?
I used to have really frizzy and unruley hair but I've learned how to fix it! My hair is really thick so it doesn't get greasy easy, so I'll got 2-3 days without washing it (i do body shower though haha) ANYWAYS-- My best advice is to never blow dry. When you get out of the shower use a detangler, NEVER use a plastic brush, I use what they call a wig brush, it's metal spread apart bristles you can get almost anywhere. I let it dry over night then I use heat protectant, usually you don't have to spend too much money on it for it to work, but what I do is I apply it to sections as I straighten, I ALSO make sure as I use the straightener to use the metal bristle brush ( mind you the bristles look like the end of large pin heads, not the flimsy fake metal bristles) on each section as I straighten it. The brush helps conduct the heat and my hair took about 3 weeks %26amp; I noticed a BIG difference. Also it's smart to rotate shampoo's %26amp; conditioners.

One other product I can suggest is MATRIX straight hair conditioner, if you want to keep a shiny coat, stick with a toner shampoo. If you have nay other questions let me know! How can i get my extremely frizzy hair to be more straight without using hair straighteners much and products?
ok, just like the saying go with the wind, i am using it the hair way. ';go with the frizz';. ou can't really change it so go with it. put mousse in it and blowdr right side up notv uppside down or you will look like a balloon. But if you dont want frizzy hair after you take a shower while it is wet twist it in a bun and tie it with a hair band it will take a long time to dry but it will keep the frizz together. i hope this helps..
omg i'm so with you girl. my hair looks like a lion sometimes. its so frizzy and curly. I'd like to tell you that you can use something but there really is nothing. I use Aveda prouducts and an Ion flat iron. It works perfectly.

Good Luck=]
Curls Rock from TIGI- it is the bomb for curly hair.
try tresemme heat protector, it works wonders with my hair! it is amazing! my hair straightens a lot easier(and my hair is really thick, and wavy, so it doesnt straighten easily) it also makes your hair really soft, smells good(FOREVER) and stays straight for about 2 days! and no, it doesnt make your hair frizzy, my hair is never frizzy when i use it
I have frizzy hair too. Blow drying it makes it worse. Hair gels and hair sprays seem to help. I've found that letting it dry naturally and using a brush helps. Have you seen those really big hair rollers. Put them in your hair after shampooing; let your hair dry. When I do this and brush it out--there's no frizz but great big curls that are easier to style than the frizz.
I totally have the same problem. Uncontrollable frizzy curly hair. One thing I've realized with curly hair is that it needs alot of moisture. So I only wash my hair like once or twice a week because it strips hair of the natural oils and stuff that it needs, so I just condition my hair everyday. I use a leave in conditioner as well. But for your hair to be straight every day you're either going to have to chemically straighten it, or just suck it up and blow dry it straight or use a flat iron every day. If you're just looking to control the frizz try more putting more moisture in your hair, and on occasion if you really want it to look nice try some gel to keep it in place. There's great stuff out there for curly hair.
Sunsilk straighten up shampoo is great, so is anti-poof (I know the suffering you've got!)
instead of using a straightner you could wash you hair like normal only use a brush while blowdrying it.then use a straightner on low if it is still lil frizzy.
You can wear a wig
shave them and then you hop to come out strait.sorry i am, only jocking
i think the best way is to get hair products. i dont use any but i would suggest it because if you want to straighten your hair, you dont want to make it any more frizzier than it already is..plus you are damaging your hair. if you get hair products, they'll keep your hair hydrated and moist.
Hi, I have really frizzy natural wavy hair. I use John Freidas hair serum(you can get it at any drug store. Of course a flat iron will reduce frizz- especially if it reaches 450 degrees. But if you don't want to use them you can dry your hair using a round brush, rinse your hair with cold water, or some blow dryers come with an attachment that redces frizz. Honestly, redkin smooth down shampoo and all soft conditioner is great and a good flat iron is the way to go.Good Luck!
theres no way you can straighten or de-frizz your hair without straightening it or using products. Frizz-ease works really good. i think its by Paul Mitchell. But theres this new treatment that you can get done by your hair stylist that uses these natural products and gets your hair smooth, shiny, and frizz free even in humidity. it is a bit pricy though. but its worth it, it lasts like 9 months
If your hair is naturally frizzy, it's going to be hard to control the frizz without products. You could start with a good shampoo and conditioner, and make sure your hair is healthy by getting regular trims. If you still think it's too frizzy, then try a product or two. I like silicone gloss for controlling my frizzy hair. Good luck!
only one thing needed, Aussie Hair Insurance
have you heard of CHI? they make great products and they really help with coarse, frizzy hair! If you really don't want to use product or irons, try using overnight treatments or nexxus emergen-C treatment once ever two weeks. I've also used olive oil and coconut oil before showering for about 15 mins. Another thing would be to use a deep conditioner or deep conditioning mask ( you can get it done at any hair salon) about every week or so.
I have naturally frizzy hair. I keep a curly perm to take advantage of the frizzyness. I fought it for years, but it was so much trouble that I could not defeat it. I finally found a hair style that makes frizzy work for me, not against me. The spiral perm thrives on frizzy.
just use the straitener and products. you could blow dry your hair when you get out of the shower. put friz serum and heat protector in it, then straighten it.
