I want to invest in some really good hair straighteners.
ghd's are meant to be the best and my hairdresser says Corroliss are meant to be good too but they're so expensive!
Anyone have and straighteners that are really good and keep hair straight all day? Hopeflly afordable ;) Thanks!
Brilliant hair straighteners?
me n a couple of my friends have Remington Straight in a Stroke hair straighteners, they're ceramic, they turn off automatically after 1hr, they go up to 230 degrees. perfect. my hairs usually really frizzy and wavy but these keep my hair straight for about 24 hours. they're about 30/40 quid from boots. hope this helps. (:Brilliant hair straighteners?
I know ghd's are kinda obvious, and there are perhaps better ones (definitely more expensive ones!) but I have some ghd's and I'll have had them a year this xmas! I love them and they do keep my hair straight all day (if you get the thin ones you can also curl with them, although my curls don't seem to stay for long but I think that's to do with the spray I use not the irons)
So yeah basically I would recommend ghd's :)
I have had many straighteners over the last couple of years but can honestly say that whilst GHD are expensive, they really are the best. Because they heat up so quickly and retain the heat, you don't need to have them in contact with your hair for so long - so you are unlikely to cause too much damage to your hair.
When using inferior products, you risk having to have them in contact with your hair for longer and causing more damage.
Why not ask friends/family to get you gift vouchers from Boots or another department store - then you could get them in the January sales.
It is really hard to get a good iron cheap i suggest ebay.com or amazon.com and the one you want to get is the CHI hair straightener. my hair is thick and curly and frizzy and it works the best and keeps my hair straight all day and gives it amazing shine but you should use some kind of hair spray just to give it some help but not a lot just a little spritz at your part. for extra shine i use bedhead massive shine it works great if u want a little extra hold and some extra shine and it smells realy good.
Id suggest a CHI or any other ceramic straightener, it will reduce frizz and keep your hair straight for quite a long time, Never use a wet 2 dry, Your hair is in a weekend state when its wet even when damp, and is more likely to become brittle and fried. Hope this helps :)
i have really curly hair! i use a chi they are the best there about $160 at the most for a 2 inch. it keeps my hair strait all day! i suggest you blow dry your hair with a barrel brush before you flatten you hair. it helps keep in strait longer! hoped i helped a little! good luck!!
I have a GVP Professional Ceramic flat iron. I like it alot. I had a Chi before I got my GVP. I like my GVP better! It was so much cheaper and there were alot of colors and designs to choose from!

defo buy FHI the cheap about 拢60 and go to 232(higher than ghds)
and they are better for your hair because of the plates
they are really good even if you have thick hair like mine
I use Remington hair straighteners. They are really good and they keep your hair straight all day. And they are not as expensive ad ghd's.
Get the Wet 2 Straight hair straighter. You can straighten your hair wet and it dries while straightening.....it keeps my hair flat all day.
';Brilliant hair straighteners?'; is not a valid question.
GHD are definately the best hair straighteners on the market. They are the only one's we use in our hair salon.
