Why do hair straighteners even HAVE a wet setting if it damages your hair?

bcuz so y do u ask so many questions about straighteners???????????Why do hair straighteners even HAVE a wet setting if it damages your hair?
well if you don't want to damage your hair then don't use that setting, it's pretty simple. But who ever created that idea must think we have hair made out of steel or something, straightening from wet to dry does the WORST damage to hair. Why do hair straighteners even HAVE a wet setting if it damages your hair?
Because there's always that one stupid person who thinks it's cool to do that. Also, if you're in a rush or something - it may be easier to skip blow drying and go straight to that. Not recommended for all the time, but once in a while is OK...
because some pll are stupied enough to do that!!!!

and they are just SOOO MEAN!! phoey them!!
