HOW LONG WILL THIS STRAIGHTENER LAST FOR ?





I have had it for about a year now , and i was wondering if it was time to get a new one.


I use it almost everyday ( if that helps )

All of my hair straighteners have lasted me about a year and a half to 2 years before crappin' out on me, if you know what I mean =]

i have a remington straightener as well. i bought it and was told to replace it after one year. so yes it is time to replace it. the time depends on the quality of the omcpany that makes your straightener though. so yes for remington it is about a year,
well i was reading amagazine about a month ago and it was about hair straighteners...which ones are best and when u should get new ones, and it said most straighteners last for about 2 years, and then u may need to get a new one, remington straighteners are nice, and you could probably get another year out of it!
I think that a straightener last for a pretty long time or until it just stops working. I bought one of the first straighteners that came out and it lasted for about 6 or 7 years. I think that the best time to buy a new straightner would be when it stops straighting your hair, or when they come out with ones that work better than the one you have. But mostly reason A. just so you save money really!
Check the warranty, that's how long the straightener should last for.


If it's acting up and you're still with in the warranty you can take your straightener back and get a new one free.
It depends on the quality. If it is a cheap, $20 one, probably yes. If it is more expensive, probably no. If it works good, then, oviously, no it doesnt need to be replaced. Hope I helped!
i had one and used it every day for a year

it exploded there was fire and everything

but it was a cheapo one.
I've had my CHI for over a year, and I use mine all day everyday. I guess it depends on the quality of it and if you take good care of it.
i use to have a wave in my hair but i got it straightened and it's been in for about 2 years
if the straightener is ceramic, it could last for years! if not, it could possibly burn out in a year or two.
well my remington never stopped working but i just got a amika instead. They usually last 2-5 yrs.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Er, I mean, don't bother spending $ on another one!

it should last you another 6 months to a year
it'll last a couple more years, those are pretty good quality. just don't drop it or use it on wet hair.
