Can you bring hair straighteners to boarding school?

I would just like to know because I have weird wavy hair and I am used to straightening it for school. On some of the supply lists for what not to bring to boarding school and it said ';hot irons/irons'; idk if that includes hair straighteners.Can you bring hair straighteners to boarding school?
maybe they're talking about an iron?

Uh... Just bring it. Everyone else will have them and if they arent allowed people will sneak them in. But i really think they will be allowed.

i would think it would be fine im not sure why it would be a problem so i would bring it!!
Yeah thats what they mean no hot irons. Its the same thing as a straightner.
I would try to sneak it in.
