Can people with long hair use small hair straighteners?

I recently bought a hair straightener but it's not a large one intended for long hair it's a small one (2 inch about). I then looked on youtube on styling tips and most people were using big straighteners! Oh no !!


Is it still effective to use the small one? I have long hair not short.Can people with long hair use small hair straighteners?
Yes. Its acutally better. It may take more time. I dont think it really does. But its more effecient. And easier to use and style with. :)Can people with long hair use small hair straighteners?

It might take a little longer, but it depends on the quality of the straightener and how thick your hair is.
It will just take longer for you to style it but it dont matter unless you dont want to take so long to do it
It will take more time, but its not the size, thats important, its the heating levels. The hotter, the better the effect.
My hair is mid back and I use a small one..I dont think it would be as effective if I were to use a big one..I wouldnt have as much control over the pressure I put on it. I just section my hair and straighten a small chunk at a time
