I own loads of straighteners but they never seem to add that just stepped out of the salon smooth and sleeky look!!
Anyone got any tips? Can anyone reccommend some proper smooth n shiny hair straighteners?
Andrew Collinge - Perfect Results
Cost me 拢39.99 (les than half the price of GHDs!) and they work wonders on my hair, and trust me, I have BAD hair. IT's naturally the biggest, frizziest poofball ever =P
The plates are cushioned so they sink in when you clamp your hair, making them glide through so smoothly that you get no snagged hairs and an UBER sleek finish. That took me a little while to get used to as I always had ones that tugged before, but now I wouldn't trade them for anything.
Good luck xxxCan anyone reccommend some proper smooth n shiny hair straighteners?
ghb's are the best on the market
My straightener is by the company BaByliss, and I absolutely love it! It is 1 1/2';, and heats to 400 degrees. I just straightened my hair and it looks really silky. A tip is to also use salon quality products. I use Joico Lite conditioner, and it makes a big difference.
iam well hun..
i dont think yhu need a straightener more lik a cream superdrug hav lots of different creams...
i hav one and it only cost me 75c and de ppl der are really helpful!
gud luck! xXx
I use Aveda products.
Brilliant it is called. Try it.
YES!! If you dont mind spending a lot of money i recommed the new MK4 GHD straightners to anyone i recently bought them and before my hair was dry corse and uncontrolable and now my hair is always left silky and smooth because the solid ceramic plates contain a special coditioning agent. x Good Luck x
I always thought my hair was quite dry and used to smoother my hair in serum before straightening it!
Until I bought GHD's, I never saw what all the fuss was about them...they really are fantastic. They help keep your hair in top condition and do not dry it out at all.
I use TIGI Control freak serum and sometimes use the split end smoother called ego boost which is a godsend seriously!

Join the club hun - I had exactly the same problem :)
GHDs- these are expensive but are well worth it! I paid around 拢100 for them but they offer a sleeky, frizz-free effect and are excellent for making your hair smooth. I own one of these... you can buy them from good hair salons x
OR- Tresseme straightners!! Not just what it says on the shampoo bottles- Salon-sleek finish at affordable prices. The tongs are really light and very powerful, excellent at straightening. This doesn't burn hair and keeps it light and fresh, if you get me? Try one or the other.
Hope this helped,

Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny worked for me, when nothing else would.
Try a product that adds shine (Tresemme Heat tamer spray or Aquage beyond shine both work great). As long as you use a 100% ceramic straightener with infrared heat and ionic technology, trying a different straightener doesn't always help. Try Sedu, Chi, or GHD. Apply product to section and straighten on high temp.
