Hair straighteners help pleasee xx?

I straighten my fringe nearly every day but i use hair protection. Is it true that your hair can get damaged if you still use hair protection . Thank yoo :) xxHair straighteners help pleasee xx?
well it really depends on the temperature of your straighteners, and the maximum temperature of the heat protection spray...

For instance, you may be using a heat protection spray which can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees, whereas your straighteners may be set to 200 degrees. If this is the case, turn the temperature down on the straighteners, or invest in a slightly more expensive defence spray, like fashonista by beadhead.

the main way that a straightener would damage your hair is if you keep it in the same spot for too long. it may also make your hair dry, but with protection it shouldn't do much damage. talk to your hairdresser for more info..
i think it causes a slight bit of damage. but its much better to use it than to not and it makes a big difference in the health of your hair. answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;/a>
Yes, your hair can still be damaged.

But isn't that what hair protection is for?

Your hair is more protected than if you put nothing on it to help it.

So feel grateful for that. :)
Yes, All of those straighteners are bad for your hair. They dry it out and cause splitting of your hair. I would use the straightener once a week .
Yes, there will likely still be some damage, but much less than there would be without the protection.
i doubt it, read the back of your hair protection container, might say something on there
