What is the best hair straightener to use that is reasonable in price?

My hair is naturally curly, like ringlets, %26amp; I would like to know what you think is a good straightener but also that doesn't cost a few hundred dollars.What is the best hair straightener to use that is reasonable in price?
I just bought the Remington Wet 2 Straight and I love it. It has many settings to find the one that is just right for your hair type. You don't have to use it on wet hair only. It is around $25.What is the best hair straightener to use that is reasonable in price?
I have used several different straighteners, and it's definately worth it to buy a more expensive one. They last longer, straighten your hair faster, do a much better job, and don't damage your hair as much as cheap ones do.



Chi is a great one, although they are pretty expensive. You can get a Chi for $90-$160.



If you don't straighten your hair very much and are only interested in a somewhat cheap one, try going to Target, Wal Mart, or Sears. I used to have a Vidal Sassoon straightener from Sears that was about $40, and it lasted about 9 months before it stopped working for no reason, although I have to say, it did work well while I had it.



I wouldn't recommend getting a Revlon; they are made too cheaply and will break. I used to have a Revlon curling iron and the wire got bent and broke, it made a loud noise, shot out a couple sparks, broke, and made all of the lights in my bedroom turn off (I think the circuit blew or something).

go to ';bubbles'; or any other hair salon and they may not sell straighteners for cheap, but they last LONG and theyre worth every penny. the prices vary from 80$ to 110$. you should rely consider it for a quality straightener
you could use an iron, my gf's friend did and it worked...every morning she had it straight...
I am a beauty consultant and the best and cheapest fix is to buy a home perm soution and put it on (without the curlers) and come it through and let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse and shampoo and condition it will do the trick.

I swear by the Chi! It costs around $100 or maybe a little less depending on where you get it, but I've had mine for almost 6 years and it's still going strong. It works on any kind of hair, and you can get them in pink now! So cute. They're wonderful and definitely worth the $100, I promise!

I have used Hot Tools and Helen of Troy straightening irons and they work great. Add a dab of Bed Head ';Control Freak'; anti-frizz serum to your tresses, and you will be seriously straight (and shiny!). I think the ceramic flat irons are supposed to cause less damage, but they cost significantly more. You might want to just go to your hair stylist and test out a couple irons that they have on hand before you buy one.
The Hot Tools cermaic straigtener is awesome! It's around $50 and it works better then the Chi (which is like $100). I got mine at Ulta. Also, be sure to get the ceramic kind because it does less damage to your hair.
Go to Target.com and type in ';flat ironers'; and it will show you a list of flat ironers and there's one that cost $44.00, I'm getting that kind!

My Revlon Ceramic cost about $20, and was the best beauty investment I ever made (I have super-thick hair). You can find them at Wal-Mart. Hope that helps!
I use the Conair ceramic one from Wal-mart. Its black and yellow and 1 inch wide. It was around $30. It works great and even has a turbo setting for tough spots.
