Me and my brother were having an argument whilst I was straightening my hair and I lost it and I put my straighteniner onto his hand and arm. They were set on high and have burnt him and now he won't even talk to me. I feel really bad, what can I do to make it up to him.

Does he have a thing for any of your friends? I'm just saying it's one way to go. Other than that you'll just have to wait for him to cool off (see what i did there) until he's ready to hear out you're heartfelt apology.
get him some ice a looot of ice and cold water and definetly chocolate and candy and have your parents take him to the hospital
Well tell him that you was out of control for a little and buy him a gift like ipod =] this should help or you can just wait him till his is rdy to forgive you
