I don't remember the HerStyler being such a disappointment when I first bought it about 2-3 years ago. But I've been realizing that it's not straightening my hair as well these days (it leaves my hair partly frizzy and it almost seems like I didn't even use it). I already tried cranking up the heat but that didn't work either. Is it time to buy a new one? If so, any recommendations?Can hair straighteners start burning your hair a couple of years AFTER you buy it?
